Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For customers who purchased their Chic-A-Boo product from our online store, and find that it does not meet their needs or expectations, we are pleased to offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging, and be accompanied by a Return Authorisation number issued by Chic-A-Boo.

To request a Return Authorisation Number, please send an email with the title Return/Exchange, and your full name and order number to info@chic-a-boo.com

Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, with your authorization number and return instructions.

Please note:  We can only return or exchange items purchased directly from our online store. Any item appears "used" will be ineligible for return. 
* Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item and will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.


WARRANTY POLICY

At Chic-A-Boo, we take great pride in designing and creating premium quality products, created with both style and function in mind. As our customer greatly important to us, we are pleased to offer our Chic-A-Boo 2 Years warranty, ensuring that customers can trust our products and enjoy them from the first moment to the last. 

The warranty covers hardware and/or fabric Manufacturer defects on items purchased through Authorised Chic-A-Boo retailers.

Chic-A-Boo's responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or store credit of the defective product. We will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of a product. If a product is received without a return authorization or if the product is deemed un-warrantable, cost of shipping to return the product to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you are experiencing an issue with one of your Chic-A-Boo products, simply complete our WarrantyForm (click here to download), and send it through email to info@chic-a-boo.com, with the title Warranty.  We will then check it and contact you, and you will be asked to send your product, to our corporate office for review. If your item is covered under our Chic-A-Boo warranty, we either repair or, in some cases, replace it.

To ensure a smooth process and quick response time, we ask you to:

  • Answer all of the questions on the WarrantyForm (click here to download), and clearly explain the issue you are experiencing 
  • Include your proof of purchase  (i.e.- receipt, web order email, screenshot or credit card statement)
  • When given our return authorization - Send your Chic-A-Boo product through a trackable, insured mail service (Note: We are not held responsible for any goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used). 

Please note:  All products returned to Chic-A-Boo for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization in the form of a Return Authorisation Number (RA #) issued by us. Shipping charges are not refundable

As soon as your package is received by us, we will contact you within 24 hours to give an update on the status of your repair or replacement options. We promise to do everything in our power to expedite the process and make sure we communicate with you every step of the way.

Once we have reached out to you, if we do not hear back in 2 weeks after our initial contact, we will ship your bag back to you.

Please note that our Warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of the product, nor does it cover accidents, spills or defects created from self-or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller or from one of our Sample Sales are also not covered under our Warranty.
