Shipping + Returns
Italy standard shipping: 1-3 business days
Europe shipping: 2-7 business days
International shipping: 2-10 business days
Processing an order takes 1-3 days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note: Chic-a-boo is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees that might occur on International shipping in the destination country. We cannot control or predict these charges and it is the client's responsibility to pay them.

We know you are going to love your new bag - but we understand sometimes we change our mind.
If you wish to return your purchase because you have changed your mind, please process your return by clicking the link down below within 14 days of physically receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your bag, unfortunately, we will not offer a refund or exchange.
Chic-a-boo is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition or package is considered damaged and cannot be valid for an exchange or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. we will only offer a refund if the item is damaged. In that case, a store credit (valid for 6 months) for the sale value of the item can be provided.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with the number of your order, accompanied by a photo of the damaged product.
Cancellations (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.
